Ecstasy
Ok one of my friends almost overdosed on ecstasy. we want to take her to the hospital tomorrow but were afraid shell get charged because its in her system.

If she and no one else makes any statements about how it got there than it will be very difficult to charge. Needless to say, medical treatment should not be delayed because of these concerns anyway.
