i am in involved in an LLP with two other partners. i used company credit cards and funds to purchase personal items and used funds to pay personal bills. if when i discovered the extent to which i did it immediately offered to pay back all the money in full, are there still legal ramifications? for me as well as the other partner who is willing to just let me pay back the money and call it even?

I believe we spoke about this case on the phone. If not please feel free to contact me directly. Making up for a past act (paying back the money) does not undue the legal ramifications of having taken it in the first place. You can still be charged with a crime. The fact that you paid back the money will be considered in reducing your punishment but you will still face punishment.
