Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
After entering a guilty plea at my arraingment how can I change my plea to not guilty?

It is very difficult to do so as the Judge usually goes over all the relevant details and makes sure you understand everything on the record (recorded). So, it is very difficult to undue what you've already knowingly, voluntarily and intelligently did. You'd better consult with a lawyer right away to have any chance.
