Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington

Expunging, Vacating or Sealing Felony Record

That's my objective... and I know the laws are 10 years for Class B and 5 for Class C, but I'm not sure what classification my conviction falls under.

Re: Expunging, Vacating or Sealing Felony Record

You should be able to find the classification of your offense in the information (charging document), your statement on plea of guility or the judgment and sentence.

If you do not have copies of these documents, or unable to find the information, you can visit www.leg.wa.gov and search the stautes for your offense. You will likely find your offense in Titles 9 or 9A.

If you can't find what you're looking for, or need legal assistance with your post-conviction relief, feel free to contact me.
