I lied about my ex attacking me but did not lie about him interfering with a 911 call, nor the maliciacus damages. Filing to terminate the protection order, wa state what is min. max of what can happen to me

That depends on the particulars of your situation. If you actually made a declaration under penalty of perjury than you can be charged with perjury, a class c felony, up to five years in prison but there is no minimum. Otherwise, you are likely just guilty of obstruction which is a gross misdemeanor, up to one year in jail but again no minimum.
