Can a felon possess a crossbow in Olympia, Washington?

A felon who is no longer under supervision with DOC/court can possess a crossbow.
A felon still under supervision should check with DOC. If told you can possess a crossbow, get it in writing .... signed by DOC staff.
Most felons can regain the right to possess firearms 5 years after the date of the most recent conviction for any offense. If the felony was a class B, the waiting period is 10 years.
These are general rules; there are exceptions.
