Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
I have felonies from 10 years ago, but no trouble since. Till now. I failed to pay a ticket which resulted in my license being suspended. Then was stopped for expired tags, failure to transfer title (from relative who's willing to help if legal), no insurance, and dwls. I was handed 1 ticket for ins and tags. But nothing else does this mean they'll be sendingme a summons? Can I transfer title, renew tags, ans start paying on my ticket for a better result? What kind of trouble am I looking at?

Ten years is a long time to not have trouble. In addition, the criminal charges you have now are more "administrative" that bad acts in terms of injuring or endangering people. So, although you face up to a year and $5000 on the title transfer and 90 day/$1000 on the DWLS 3rd, the prosecutor will likely recommend reductions in all of the above if you "cure" the problem. Transfer the title now, renew the tags, pay the ticket, get your license. You can expect to receive a summons. Make sure your address is updated with the DOL. When you go to court take documentation that you've fixed all the problems. You'll probably get a good result right away. If there is a reason why you used to get in trouble, like you used to be a drug addict/alcoholic, and you stopped because of a specific reason, like you went through treatment, take documentation of whatever helped you stop getting into trouble. That can be helpful too (even if it's just that you had kids). Nice job making a turn around in your life and good luck with your case.
