Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
felonly charge
i recently had a felony drug charge i plead guilty to a lesser charge to a misdemeanor. applied for a job and a back ground check came back felony and misdemeanor. paper work shows it was reduced. so whats up what do i need to do?

The State Highway Patrol is in charge of criminal records. Sending a certified copy of the Judgment and Sentence should correct the problem. Once it is corrected with them the background checks will be fixed. If you'd like assistance contact me directly.
