Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
Felony Theft-3
I plead the Alford Plea and did not commit the crime, but it is on my record as ''guilty''. How can I get this record expunged or vacated? Can I file papers myself?

You can file papers yourself. Look through past questions on lawguru. There have been lots of good answers given on how to do this. In short, check the website or call the court in question. They can provide you directions on how to do this. It is somewhat complicated so if you do need assistance contact an attorney that practices in the court in question.
