Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington

hes out!

My fiance who got arrested thursday got out yesterday. After asking days for an attorney and finally received one at his actual arraignment yesterday without ever talking to him. There is now a no contact order in place. I found out from his mother that he was a sleep when the found him and their dog pulled him out of the car (in our driveway)by his pant leg then they flipped him over and stuck their knee in his back, all for a broken window, that for some reason they say is MY window, which is a rented home with him on the lease. What should we do? we dont have much money so I guess his mother is going to get a public defender next week but I would like to try to get a real attorney.I also cannot communicate this with him because of the no contact order What is the quickest way to lift the no contact order and what would this kind of case cost both upfront and are trere in payment options. They also said that if the window(plexiglass) got fixed and it was under $50 they would drop the charges. It got fixed yesterday and the cost charged was $25.Right now I can only speak to his mother.I also still dont feel right that he was arrested Thursday and was released tuesday even though it was a holiday weekend. Is that legal?
