fighting a marijuana charge 1st offense

can you get a possession charge if you tell a cop that you smoked marijuana a few hours earlier and then he finds some in your vehicle yet you were not driving and the persons whos marijuana it was admited that he bought and owned it? and he had a pipe on him and the marijuana was less than 1.5gr

Yes, you can still get a charge. It would be up to you to prove that the marijuana in your vehicle was not yours. If your passenger testified in court that it was his it makes their case against your passenger very easy. Contact me directly if you'd like assistance in the case.
