Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
Can I file a law suite against someone who intentionally lied and used my name in a DV case where I then had to go all the way to trial for DV 4, and Malicious Mischief 3 DV related. Obviously I won because it was not me. But isn't this slandering or something of the sort?

It's called Identity Theft in Washington, and it is a crime. File a complaint with the prosecutor who prosecuted at trial.
