Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington

The time the crime was committed this person has an alibi unfortunatly all people are felons as we are interviewed and tell his court appointed attorney the times we were with this friend he tell the prosecutor and the victim then changes times the crime happened on same day and the first time is inadmissable in court I find this very strange what do you think.

Very unusually. Anytime a witness changes their story it is admissible. It shows that they are maybe not very honest or at least not very accurate. Perhaps you should hire a lawyer? Contact me directly if you'd like further assistance.
