Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
While we were together I gave my Ex-girlfriend the password to my e-mail. After we broke up before I changed the password she printed out something from this email and filed it in our court matter. Is it legal for here to get into my email

You gave her access to it. She in effect had permission to be there (giving the password to an account to somebody is effectively like giving a key to your house to somebody, you would have a hard time arguing that they entered your house without permission).
