girlfriend pressured to sign a statement about a domestic violence incident
The officer wrote out this two page statement as if it were coming from her,then pressured her to sign it.Does this hold up? This is for a domestic violence deal

Well, yes and no. It holds up in so much as the jury will hear that she signed it and what it says. But she'll be able to explain what really happened, how the statement was incorrect and why it was incorrect (cop wrote and pressured).
