th police came with a searchwaant with my boyfiendname on it he does ot live ere due to arestraining order when arrved ome theywere already searching and found meth i told te and he told them it was hi can they charge me too

There is a difference between being charged and convicted. It sounds like you would have good legal arguments for getting the evidence excluded based on the search warrant issues. It sounds like you would have a good defense to the jury based on the fact that the meth was not yours. However, you could be charged with the offense.
