Guilty plea to rape and molestation
My ex-husband pled guilty to rape of a child in the 2nd degree and child molestation in the 2nd degree. the sentencing is scheduled and now I hear he wants to change his plea and go to trial, is that possible

It is possible although not easy. He (his attorney) must make a showing that he wasn't informed of an important right or consequence when he made the decision to plead guilty.
