Can you get a gun enhancement or possession of a fire arm if they are charging you also with 2 first degree assaults but they did not recover a firearm?

Yes, they would have to prove the possession of firearm, but that does not mean they have to be able to present the firearm it at trial, only evidence of it, e.g. a video from a security camera or eyewitness testimony.
