how do you get your gun rights back with a class b felon after 10 years

Remove the state disability by filing a petition to restore gun rights in the county where convicted or county of residence. RCW 9.41.040. If no prior felonies, a class B felon is eligible 5 years after most recent criminal conviction for any offense.
In addition to the above, remove the federal disability with one of the following:
> unconditional governor's pardon
> set aside conviction (different than vacating)
> certificate of discharge (easiest and most common)
