HIV/AIDS and condom use
Does Washington consider the following to be a crime: an AIDS/HIV infected individual removes a condom during intercourse without the knowledge of the other partner?

The behavior you describe is definitely a crime and may be charged a number of different ways. Contact your local prosecutor's office to discuss the specifics.
