Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington

I had a house guest who was at my house for a short period of time. She was running from the cops. The cops came to my house and arrested her. In the meanwhile they searched my house and came across reidue of meth inside a cup in my bedroom.I was not there at the time. They came to my house 4 days later to arrest me. The girl they went to my house for said everything was hers inside the house. They are trying to charge me with possession of meth. Is that right? Do I have a chance at beating this charge?

It doesn't sound right to me and you have an excellent chance of beating this charge. Just make sure you don't talk to anyone except your lawyer about the case...especially the police. Contact me directly if you'd like further assistance.
