Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
My house was recently raided because my boyfriends sister was there and she had felony warrants. As they searched they found a cup with residue of meth in it, if any at all in my bedroom. I was not there at the time. My boyfriends sister said it was hers and it was. Five days later they came to arrest me on possesion of meth. Will I be able to beat this case with a court appointed attorney? or should I just take the charge?

It sounds like you should be able to beat the case. Whether you can do it with a Public Defender depends on the individual attorney. Also, there are a number of other facts. Like, how do they know it was your bedroom? How do they know you live there at all? If you aren't confident in your public defender you should hire a lawyer.
