Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
indecent exposure
i was working on my truck in a grocery store parking lot and a police officers wife saw my genitals dangling below my short leg while squating, and apparently saw the same while i sat on the edge of my truck seat, what are the penalties of indecent exposure? and is there any difference between intentional and accidental?

Re: indecent exposure
The crime requires proof that the act was intentional (see statute below). Although a first offense is a misdemeanor, do not consider the matter a petty offense; a second offense is a felony.
You should enter a plea of Not Guilty and seek legal counsel.
