Invest theft

My girlfriend just got taken into custody and i checked the registry and it said ''invest theft'' what does that mean?

It means she is being investigated for a theft charge. The prosecutor's office is making an assessment about whether they can file charges at this time or not. That determination will be made by her next hearing...likely tomorrow morning. Contact me directly if you'd like assistance for your girlfriend.
