Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington

My boyfreind is being charged with burglery in the first digree and dv. he has a clean record and was in the millitary. he was out of jail on bail has gone to every court hearing and is going to class that the judge rulled him to go to eveyday on time, he also put himself in anger managment and counceling on his own. what are the chances he will be a free bird? It seems his lawyer is not helping him....

The things you mention about your boyfriend should be of benefit to his case. However, only his lawyer has enough information (police reports, discussions with the prosecution, etc) to assess your boyfriend's chances. If your boyfriend cannot get this information from his lawyer it is time to hire a new lawyer. Contact me directly if you'd like further help on the case.
