Jail Sentence
My son is currently serving a 3 year jail sentence for 3 gross misdeameaner charges in Yakima County Jail. Can he go back to court and ask if the Judge if his jail sentence be served concurrent?

Yes. But there are specific rules about when someone can ask a judge to reconsider any ruling, including sentencing. The major basis is that there is some significant change in circumstances or other information that the judge was not aware of when sentencing.
