jail time/more detailed

My fiance was arrested on thursday for breaking a window in our house. He still has not seen a judge and has yet to be appointed a attorney.When calling the jail and court house they informed me he is not on a calender for a court date yet. Bail has been denied yet he ha sbeen there for 4 days and they tell me he may not have court for a few more days. the got him on malisious mischief he has no past record and no warrants. They wont tell him whats going on. What should we do?

He should have been brought to court today.

CrRLJ 3.2.1 (d) (1) adult....any accused detained in jail must be brought before a court of limited juriisdiction as soon as practicable after the detention is commenced, but in any event before the close of business on the next court day.
