Can't get a job
Because of my record from 31 yrs ago I have been having a hard time getting a job. I have had all of my rights restored so do I have to answer yes when they ask if I have a record

Having your rights restored is not the same as having a clean record. So, unfortunately, you still need to answer yes as to the record. However, it is possible to clean up your record so that you can legally answer no to the question. Contact me directly if you'd like more information.
