Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
Judicial ethics
If a Superior court judge was once a prosecutor and someone he prosecuted and lost due to shotty work was now before him and he allowed the prosecutor to railroad the person right into prison and when appeal bond was asked for he set it so high that only a Rockefeller could pay it. This is on an arrest where the search found absolutely nothing. Shouldn't the judge have recused himself from the case? If so how do I get this done? The court appointed attorney is in the pocket of the court so we are on our own.
