juvenile felony

i wasnt tried as an adult so does tthat make a difference on whether he can live with me or not on DOC probation

It depends. What was the felony charge you were convicted of? The DOC has very specific requirements that have to be met or it can be a very serious probation violation or parole violation. As I said, you must contact DOC and ask THEM directly to make sure that you are going to be able to comply with THEIR requirements. No one else can give you the right answer - only DOC. Good Luck!
