Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
How do I have my juvenile record expunged(not sealed)?
How do I have my juvenile offense destroyed/expunged? I have been trying to research this online, and I seem to be elligible for juvenile record destruction, but I can't find out how to proceed. I found forms to have it sealed, but not destroyed.

Only diversion records can be destroyed.
If you were convicted of a crime, the most you can accomplish is sealing the record.
Since 1997, you can only have a juvenile record destroyed if it consisted only of diversion(s).
