Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
I have been kicked out of my mother's house twice in the past year and am currently kicked out. The last time I was accepted back home I exchanged rooms with my mom. A couple months ago I was charged with possesion of a Marijuana pipe found in my room. My sister and her boyfriend frequently visit my mother, even when I am not living there. They have stolen from my mother, many before her and many after. Is there any reasonable doubt that the Marijuana pipe belongs to me.

Based on this information, it seems that the State may have trouble proving that the pipe belonged to you, and not someone else who had been in your room, but, of course, any lawyer would need to take a good look at the police reports before giving you a real assessment of your case - does that make sense? If you have any questions, give me a call!
