Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
Is there any law against someone removing someone else's kids from their car (in a state where there is no law against leaving your kid in the car)

Actually, it is illegal to leave your kid in the car in this state--child unattended in vehicle, a gross misdemeanor. While normally it would be illegal to interfere with someone else's child (child luring, false imprisonment, kidnapping or attempted kidnapping, etc) the person would likely have a defense in that they were protecting the child from neglect.
