Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington

getting a new lawyer fire & rehire

my lawyer dont tell me anything and court is less then a week away and he dont seem to kean on bringing up the dirt on the wittnes lieing about me in order todiscredit this lier. My lawyer said we will only stick to what happened the day of the incedent but the prosicuter im sure has every intention in using the witnessesstory on home abuse to show that it is in my charicter to asault someone in the 2nd degree. the lawyer I have now I paid 8 g's for and he has yet to tell mewhat to say or how to act, and not to mention hehas acted like im a street smart type guy that has made crime my life or something. I have never ever got in any trouble befor.Nore is he even thinking on bringing up the fact that the guy aledgedly hurt is a drug addect and the witness is also on drugs aswell. (legal & none leagal). Just dont seem very inthoosiastic in my case and I already feel condimded. My ? is what is the proper prosedure in firing this smuck & maybe suit latter for whatever. I feel cheated and want to feel ready when I go to trial, not lost left sitting there a felon wondering how & why ive just been convicted of a strike 1 asalt 2 I didnt deserve at the most maybe dv or maybe a damb metal for self defence and the detaining of a true thug.

Re: getting a new lawyer fire & rehire

I am sorry to hear your lawyer isn't doing a good job for you. Especially after you paid him so much money. To fire this lawyer you just hire a new one. And I agree, you should try to get your money back later. I can assist you if you are in a Western Washington Court. Contact me directly for help. Right away I might add if you court is a week away.

At your service,
