Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
Leaving town with warrants
My boyfriend is due to 6 months of jail time for controlled sumbstance. (cocaine residue) and taking a motor vehicle without permission. He also has a negligent driving in a different county and on probation for 24 months. If he leaves the state can they bring him back? If i go with him can i get in trouble? Would it be better to leave the country or just the state?
