Legal to record baby sitter?
Is it legal for a person to record a baby sitter with a hidden camera without their knowledge of the camera?

No, it is not. However, prosecuting decisions are in the discretion of the prosecutor and since they are using the evidence against you it is unlikely that they will prosecute the individual who placed the camera. You should be able to have all of these questions answered by your attorney.
