how long does a misdemenor crime stay on your record? for underage drinking in washington state.

Once a crime is on your record it stays there forever unless you actively remove it (vacate). You could go to the washington courts' website for forms and instructions on how to do it yourself. If it is too confusing then you'll need an attorney.
