Boyfriend got charged with Mal mischief $75,000 bail. Approximately how long of a sentence is that?

Is this a typo? $75000 is very high for a mal misch. There is no correlation between bail and the eventual sentence (except that they both consider the alleged acts in determining the "harshness" of both). your boyfriend's attorney will have to give you the best guess as to possible sentence.
