Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington

manslaughter/ murder?

my friend got sent to the emergency room, for unknown reasons from what the hospital is claiming and they said he had brain damage and a swollen face and it was irreversible. they then took him off life support. his girlfriend claims that prior to him getting hospitalized he was laying down in his room with his eyes rolling in the back of his head. now, he recently got out of prison for drugs but the hospital said he had no drugs in his system. she left him in his room for a long while until one of his other friends came and called an ambulance. my question is in the state of washington can she get charge for leaving him in his room to die, when it may have been prevented?
