Re: marijuana posession

You may be surprised to discover that their is a mandatory minimum sentence for marijuana in the state of Washington--1 day of jail and a fine ($250, I believe). That is likely what you will get absent some aggrevating circumstance. The day of jail can be converted to house arrest (which still allows you to go to work). Rest easy. The chances that the judge will suspend your license are very small and if it happens it means you have a terrible attorney. If you have any further questions contact me directly.
