What is the statute of limitations on citations for marijuana possession? Also what if i was never asked to sign a citation at the time of the offense?

3 years. It is the most common procedure to not sign a citation and is unlikely to impact your case. There is a little known defense, resulting in dismissal of a charge, for delaying the filing. It may benefit you to contact me about representing you now.
