Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
A massage therapist is accused of sexual misconduct by a client, what are the legal ramifications for the massage therapist? Fines? Sued? Prison?

There is no crime called "sexual misconduct." Without knowing what you mean by "sexual misconduct" it is hard to say what the ramifications are, but licensing and civil liability issues may arise in addition to the potential criminal issues.
