Minor Criminal Record
Say a 15 year old male was charged with possesion of marijuana, which in the state of Washington is a misdemeanor, would this charge be removed from his record when he turned 18? Or woul dit stay with him for all his days.

It will not be removed from his record because he turns 18. He can seek to have it removed from his record by vacating it 5 years after all conditions are completed. He can seek a deferred sentence which results in dismissal. Both of these remove the conviction for all purposes except immigration.
