Misdemeanor
i was convicted of a misdemeanor 6 yrs ago and nothing else, is there any way i can get it off my record?

Under certain circumstances, the sentencing court has the discretion to vacate a conviction. In order to have a misdemeanor record vacated, you must review RCW 9.96.060 which outlines the procedures and requirments for vacating a misdemeanor record.
