misdemeanor
If I have a misdemeanor for marijuana possesion and im trying to get into an apt and If I were to get the court record sealed would the landlord still be able to view it from any other records?

Yes. Having a record sealed closes the court records to public viewing. However, the conviction has already been sent to the Washington State Patrol data base and it would remain there without an order to vacate.

They aren't supposed to be able to, but I have heard of some private background check agencies having databases that aren't updated, but if it is sealed and notification is given to WSP then it should not show up.
