i keyed a car in 2007 i got 2 years probation which is up april 2009 i was charged court fees which is about 550.00 now i dont have the money can i go to jail for not having the money

Yes. Although there are a number of legal principals that prohibit the use of jail as a "debtor's prison" many courts find that the failure to pay is willful and incarcerate you. On the other hand, many courts close the case and just send the money part to collections (Burien district court is an example of the latter). So, contact your attorney or an attorney who works in that court to find out the answer for your situation.
