Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
molestation
I was involved with 3 girls, after 9 months I came to see that what they had been accusing their Uncle of was a lie, the reason was they had cried tome for almost a year about the mother beating them and leaving scars on them when I turned the mother in the girls flat out told me I was lying and turned on me accusing me of some of the same things they accused the Uncle of minus the sexual abuse. I heard from about 20 other people the same story about the girls lying or the mother will beat them..She does but there is no way you can get them to go against the mother only when she was not around them did they tell me, so after much investigation,I come to the conclusion the man being accused was innnocent..anyway I saw the lawyer of this Uncle and talked to the uncle and the lawyer talked to the girls , I also had letter the wrote about mom and now they said the letters were made up, but in the end the UNcle is looking at life if he does not plea, he has a 3 year old son and doesnt want to take the chance, how can an innocent person get this far in the system and just because they are ages 11, 16 and 18 they are believed no matter what?? The complaint was only that he had touched them and made them touch him...I was an adlitem.

Re: molestation
I appreciate your question and your concern for an innocent man. I think you've already given the information to whom it will be most useful--the lawyer of the accused. The lawyer should know how best to use the information since he knows all of the details of the case. Best luck with this difficult situation.
