Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
moved out of state
In 2005 i was sentanced to 3 years informal probation plus 30 days jail time suspended to work crew 6 days for time served plus fines for 3 counts of recieving stolen property all 3 were mistermeaners in the state of ca. now my father became real ill so i moved to wa and i did not comply with the court order i took my father out of the hospital and moved into a place in wa to take care of him he passed away on june 13 2007 now it will be 3 years seince i moved to wa what can i do to take care of my record in ca
