Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington
I have had multiple felony convictions in the state of washington including 2nd degree assault, 1st degree robbery, felon in possession of a firearm, and 3rd degree assault. Is there any chance that I can ever regain my gun rights? I've had no new cases in the past three years, I am not under the jurisdiction of the department of corrections, and I have no outstanding lfo's.

It is possible to petition a court of record for restoration of the right to possess firearms for class B and C felonies; the waiting period is either 5 or 10 years, depending on your criminal history.
However, the firearm disability resulting from the robbery conviction (class A) felony can only be removed by an unconditional governor's pardon expressly based upon rehabilitation or innocence.
