Multiple Robbery charges
My son is 24 yrs old got hooked on some very serious drugs called oxxy cotton that made him do crazy things he wouldn't normally never think of doing if he wasn't under the enfluence, he went out on a robbery spree during a two week period and is being charged with two first degree and three second degree robbery charges, what's the out look for him, how long do you think he'll get behind bars, and do you have any advice on how to try and lower these charges, or plead, he had a clean record tell this happened not even a speeding ticket,

Your son needs to get a good lawyer immediately who can deal with the addiction in the context of this unlawful behavior. No doubt, your son will have to spend some time incarcerated but he also needs to get help with the addiction. Each county has its own drug court these days and that option shoul dbe explored if at all possible.Good Luck!
